MY STORY

I come to this work from a place of self-compassion & with a desire to share that tenderness with you. The core of my business is a reverence for the feminine. My passion is to create the conditions for you to feel deeply cared for, as you care for so many in your life. I hope to come alongside you & bring lightness to your heart & mind; depth of connection to your soul.

A few years ago I realized that there were important aspects of my life that I’d disconnected from: my heart connection to nature, my desire for alone time, my intuitive empathetic wisdom, longing for understanding my ancestral lineages, my need for more flow & ease & less doing. I was also experiencing the pain of anxiety & chronic illness which separated me from connection to my body & true trust in myself. I looked to traditional healing, but still felt disparate & dissociated. I started seeking what felt like meaningful solutions & found connective mind-body activities (or somatic practices) to support my nervous system such as Reiki, facial reflexology, intuitive movement, breathwork, grounding in nature, herbal medicine, & working with my hands again to create art.

As I’ve incorporated these nourishing practices into my routine, I’ve experienced myself more authentically. I’ve begun to remember more deeply who I am & cultivate a healthier relationship to myself. I’ve started noticing a kind of internal glow & lightness that I hadn’t before.

I Love: Beverages (I’m the person on Zoom with the tea, water, coffee, cacao, fizzy water, probiotic soda…), the BEACH, flowers! (roses & lilacs are special to me), being a plant mama, herbalism, giving thoughtful gifts, finding creative outlets, making lists, talking to my best friends for 4 hours & wondering if we could squeeze in another 2, petting cute dogs, charcuterie boards.

Some Things I’m Proud of: Having served as an Advocate for women impacted by Domestic Violence (running a clandestine advocacy program out of a store & a women’s safe house), taking a chance on myself now to care for those as I have cared for myself, loving the people in my life fiercely, my cooking talents (ok 80% of the time).
